1. Promoters

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by The Muslim Women Travel Group Ltd (“MWTG”), Company No. 12240428, registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE, in partnership with Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd (“RBA”), whose registered UK office is 49 Cromwell Road London, SW7 2ED.

For the purposes of this Promotion, MWTG is the Data Controller responsible for collecting and processing participant data. RBA acts as a Joint Data Controller for data shared for the purposes of prize fulfilment and travel arrangements.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of departure.
• Employees, officers, or agents of the Promoters, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
• Only one entry per person.
• Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
• No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

Entrants must complete all of the following before the closing date:

1. Follow @the.mwtg and @royalbruneiair.uk on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway post.
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of that post.
4. Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag both accounts.
5. Complete the official entry form linked in the bio of @themwtg or @royalbruneiair.uk, providing accurate information and confirming the Instagram actions above.

Entries not meeting all criteria will be invalid.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens on 1^st November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 1^st December 2025. Entries after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details

The prize consists of:

• Return flights from London Heathrow to Brunei with Royal Brunei Airlines.
• Seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Brunei.
• Guided experiences and excursions curated by The Muslim Women Travel Group.
• Three daily meals during the trip.
• Travel dates: 6th–13th February 2026

Not included: travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, optional excursions, personal expenses, and transfers to/from London Heathrow.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates. Travel dates are fixed and subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Four to Six winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted by email (using the address provided on the entry form).
• If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 days, or is ineligible, a new winner may be selected at the Promoters’ discretion.
• The Promoters’ decision is final and binding.

7. Verification

Prior to confirmation, the Promoters will verify that:

• Both @the.mwtg and @royalbruneiair.uk were followed.
• The giveaway post was shared and tagged correctly in the participant’s Instagram Story.
• The Instagram handle matches the handle submitted on the entry form.
  Entries that cannot be verified will be disqualified.

8. Publicity and Content Consent

By entering this Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• If selected as the winner, their name, image, social media handle, and general location (e.g. city or region) may be used by The Muslim Women Travel Group (MWTG) and Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) for promotional purposes connected to this giveaway, including but not limited to digital, social media, print, and press activity.
• The prize trip to Brunei will be filmed and photographed for marketing and storytelling purposes. The winner’s participation in such photography and video content forms part of the prize experience.
• The winner should expect to appear in photos, video footage, social content, and related campaign materials that may be used by MWTG, RBA, and their authorised media partners across social channels, websites, advertising, and PR activity.
• By accepting the prize, the winner grants MWTG and RBA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publish such content in perpetuity for promotional and marketing purposes connected to this campaign and future collaborative travel promotions.
• MWTG and RBA agree that any use of imagery or video will be respectful, culturally appropriate, and consistent with the brand values of The Muslim Women Travel Group.
• Any extensive interview, documentary filming, or press coverage beyond standard marketing content will be discussed with the winner in advance.

 

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Data Collected
Name, email address, Instagram handle, date of birth, contact details, and any information necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfil the prize.

9.2 Purposes & Legal Bases
Data will be used to administer and verify entries, contact the winner, and arrange travel bookings if applicable. Processing is based on Consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).

9.3 Sharing
Data will be securely shared between MWTG and Royal Brunei Airlines solely for prize administration and travel arrangements. No personal data will be sold to third parties. Data will not be transferred outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

9.4 Retention
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the Promotion and no longer than 12 months after the winner’s trip concludes, unless a longer period is required by law.

9.5 Rights
Entrants may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or withdraw consent at any time, and may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

10. Liability

The Promoters are not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries due to technical issues; for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize (except where caused by their negligence); or for travel disruptions, visa refusals, or itinerary changes beyond their control. Winners are responsible for meeting all travel requirements (visas, vaccinations, health documentation).

11. Cancellation or Amendment

The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where necessary due to events outside their reasonable control and to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value if required. The Promoters may disqualify entrants who tamper with or attempt to manipulate the entry process.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion and any disputes arising from it are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
